AI Content System is fundamentally committed to respecting intellectual property rights. Our automated compliance system ensures that only properly licensed content enters our pipeline.
Our platform exclusively processes videos licensed under Creative Commons as verified through official platform APIs, content in the public domain, content for which the user has obtained explicit written permission from the rights holder, and original content created by the user.
Before any content is processed, our compliance agent performs automated checks including license verification via YouTube Data API, channel credibility assessment, content policy review, and AI-powered legal risk analysis. Content scoring below 80 out of 100 is automatically rejected and logged permanently.
For all Creative Commons licensed content, we include proper attribution in published materials as required by the applicable license terms.
If you believe content published through our Service infringes your copyright, contact us at legal@aicontentsystem.org. We will respond within 48 hours and remove infringing content within 24 hours of a valid notice.
By using the Service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes, comply with TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, not attempt to circumvent our compliance checking systems, not use the Service to publish content that violates any third-party intellectual property rights, maintain the security of your account credentials, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use the Service to publish content that infringes any intellectual property right, publish content that is defamatory or obscene, engage in automated abuse of social media platforms, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE FRENCH AND EUROPEAN UNION LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI CONTENT SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Content System and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right including intellectual property rights.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence may also apply.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the Last updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
